BSP Country Manager, Mr Kevin McCarthy reaffirmed the Groups support of FHRI now entering its second consecutive year. "Our commitment to FHRI demonstrates our shared value for People and their development to achieve higher competency levels. This is vital to achieve any growth at business and at national levels," he added.
BSP officially sponsored the FHRI with an aim to fund its annual plans including the convention over three years. This is a reflection of the role the Institute plays in promoting good personal financial management through HR practitioners and promotion of health and wellness of their staff. The Institute plays a huge role in promoting these activities and we are happy to support this as a financial solutions provider.
President of FHRI, Mr Balbeer Singh confirmed that, "BSP's $110,000 sponsorship is the largest they have received from any corporate organisation. We are truly grateful to BSP for assisting the Institute, especially with our Annual Convention which is the only event that enables us to effectively come together and engage in dialogue." The convention will now be held on 14-15 November at the Pearl Resort.
Mr Singh added, "This sponsorship will enable us to strive for greater heights with our programs and the FHRI was committed to working with BSP to run more and better programs for developing human resources in the country over this last two years.
The FHRI, established on 25 August, 2005, has the role to improve human resources management throughout the country.
