BSP achieved a milestone recently when it became the first bank in Nausori to extend its Saturday banking hours to 5pm, a move that is set to benefit thousands who frequent the branch from the Tailevu, Rewa and Naitasiri provinces.
Normally, the Nausori branch would open from 10am to 1pm providing loan services, new account opening, and general enquiries for all its customers. It also offered premium teller services for business customers only. The extended hours until 5pm will have the same services except that it will be without premium teller services.
The bank has confirmed that customers can take advantage of the added banking hours to visit the branch and lodge a loan application for either personal, car or home loans. The new change is ideal for customers who are pre-occupied during the week and who need that one to one service from their favourite bank.
Customers are invited to take advantage of these extended banking hours available at Nausori. The only other commercial bank in Fiji that's open on Saturday with this service offering is BSP's Damodar City branch which opens until 7pm on Saturday and on Sunday from 1pm to 5pm.
