Today staff at BSP Samabula branch welcomed their customers back following a period of temporary closure for urgent repair works.
"Our staff received quality counselling to help prepare them in getting back to serving our customers," said BSP Country Manager, Mr Kevin McCarthy. He added "we are a resilient team and we all remain committed to providing high quality banking services in all our locations throughout the Pacific, in the face of challenges."
The BSP branch employs 20 staff.
The branch is headed by Ms Mere Vuinakelo. "Last week during training, we had the opportunity to get away from our normal hectic work schedules. This allowed our team to reflect and bond after the harrowing experience. Towards the latter part of last week, all the staff were itching to get back to doing what we do best; serving our customers face to face. I am very proud of my staff," added Ms Vuinakelo.
